The room was fine, no complaints about that. However, they give us very little toilet paper, and we always have to ask for more. There's no one who speaks English at the reception desk at any time. As with many other hotels in China, the reservation ticket scrambles our long and confusing western names in ways that are undecipherable to most Chinese, and that always creates some tension at the check-in, because the name in the booking form doesn't match EXACTLY the name on the passport. This is a recurrent problem in China, and it happens everywhere, creating delays and embarrassment. The hotel location is fine, as it is just two blocks away from a large shopping mall, the "Miller City". It's overall a good experience, and I'd certainly stay there again.

Well, all I can say is to try to avoid checking in this lower-than-motel lodging facility which is so deceptive by its pictures online! The whole building smells cigarette , filthy indoor carpet, food plates with puberty hair, extremely unprofessional front desk staff … … I know the price it asks won’t deliver any quality service. However , the whole experience shocked me . If anyone tells me staying in this motel is a nightmare , I would definitely tend to agree !

The room network upgrade is much better than before. I often stay in Vienna. The pillows and bedding are very comfortable.

I always stay in Vienna on business trips. It's great value for money, except for the breakfast which is a little inferior. It's very close to the Central Court and there's a huge shopping mall next to it, so it's very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping!

The service staff was very patient. It was my first time in Handan, and I asked a lot of questions. The front desk lady answered them very patiently. The lobby was very cold, probably the coldest day, more than ten degrees below zero, but the room was OK, with plenty of heating! The hair dryer was not in an obvious place, and was placed in a drawer. I suggest putting it in the bathroom. It was very considerate to provide free parking when I left! Like

The location is very convenient. There is a big shopping mall nearby, which is the best in reviews. It is very close and you can walk there. It is also very convenient to the museum and the train station. You basically don't need to take a taxi. You can get there directly by bus in a few stops. The room is nice, clean and tidy. I have a small suggestion that the disposable slippers provided cannot be exposed to water. This can be improved.
