説是我住過服務最好的酒店一點都不過分先説入住 服務員小姐姐把我們領到電梯口 有歡迎水果和小零食，因為帶着孩子 所以需要加牙具什麼的 每次跟前台提出要求 人還沒到房間 需要的牙具拖鞋就已經送到了 效率真的是☝🏻 再説酒店大堂 免費的小吃 ，晚上回來還提供免費夜宵餛飩和清湯麪， 也太貼心了吧 臨走前台還送了兩瓶水路上喝。贊贊贊 下次邯鄲行一定還選擇這裏

酒店地理位置不錯，停車也方便，會有人指揮倒車入位，價格實惠，早餐中規中矩，可貴的是補充的很及時。還有好多暖心服務，有什麼需要跟前台説了會立刻落實，不管是服務員還是衞生員，都會禮貌的打招呼，服務是真好～就是設施有點舊，其他沒毛病。總結起來就是，五星級甚至比部分五星還好的服務水平，然後三星半的硬件，整體還是不錯的，值得住，物超所值

住了這麼多年酒店了！不管價格貴也好便宜也罷，真的沒享受過這麼好的服務！酒店房間很大，乾淨整潔，唯一美中不足的是衞生間是玻璃透明的不太適應，但是這個沒啥關係，絕對超級五星好評，我感受到了超五星級酒店的服務態度，臨走的時候客服小姐姐還怕我路上渴了，要給我幾瓶水！感謝金喜鵲酒店的熱情服務！下次來邯鄲還住這裏！

看圖片喜歡這家酒店的風格，而且看着床被很乾凈，於是訂了第一晚。酒店實際情況也如此。性價比高。前台還跟免費從輕奢升級到雅緻。門前有免費地上停車位和地下車庫。用早餐在酒店出門左手緊挨着的餐廳，種類很豐富，還提供地方特色菜，晚上贈送夜宵小餛飩，可惜沒體驗過。

一般的酒店我都不會評論的，但金喜鵲必須要點贊，首先前台服務態度好，笑臉相迎，笑臉相送。一入住還贈送免費水果，房間乾淨整潔無異味，我們是朋友介紹去的，有一間普通大床房給免費升級成豪華大床，早餐也不錯，春節期間價位也不高，地理位置不錯，周邊買東西也挺方便，下次再去還會住這裏

地理位置離出入城的主幹道很近，交通方便又很安靜。酒店門前有地上停車場，還有地下停車場，地下的位置不太多。酒店走廊挺有設計感，房間很乾凈，光線充足。床鋪很舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，挺滿意。每天都給免費的水果，有蘋果香蕉和幾個沙糖桔，很新鮮味道不錯。如果需要也會提供免費的夜宵小麪和餛飩，雖然此行每天都是在外面吃的飽飽的才回酒店，並沒有享受到。早餐出乎意料的豐富，在酒店外同一棟樓的湘園餐廳。有現做的糊塌子煎蛋煎香腸，麪條和餛飩。中間的涼食餐枱有水果，當地特色炸糕蛋糕，還有熟食，我是第一次見到酒店早餐提供撕好的燒雞的。其它的冷熱飲料酸奶也是應有盡有。單就豐富程度趕得上大酒店早餐規制的了。尤其要稱讚下酒店大堂服務。這次定了兩天一間兩天的住宿，第一天的早餐用積分進行了兑換，可能是疏忽沒有定第二天的早餐，大堂經理了解到直接贈送了我們早餐，避免了我們的尷尬，為服務態度和意識點贊👍

非常滿意，房間很舒適，整潔乾淨，配套設施齊全，有迎賓水果，還有夜宵，簡直貼心，會介紹給朋友，地理位置也不錯，高鐵站近，還管接送，酒店兩邊也都是小飯店，酒店服務也無可挑剔，確實用心在做！推薦入住！
