Facilities: Complete, and the room is quite spacious. The bed in the room is very comfortable, and the pillows are short so that the neck is not too tired; the quilt is not very thick; the slippers are also very soft, although there is a little hair loss, but it does not prevent us from liking it; the hotel has a swimming pool, but I forgot to bring my swimsuit and did not experience it, but I could see the swimming pool from the room at night, which is very beautiful; the humidifier and small clock in the room are very detailed. The underground garage is right next to the hotel gate, with plenty of parking spaces, and there are many elevators upstairs, free entry and exit, and no need to exchange parking tickets, which is not so convenient in many five-star hotels! Very good! The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good. The TV next door was turned on all night and we could hear it all the time, which affected our rest a little. It would be better if there were soundproof walls. Hygiene: The overall feeling is very clean, and there is no peculiar smell. It may be that the north is relatively dry. The details in the corridor and bathroom are very good. Environment: The whole building has a garden style, which is really pleasing to the eye in the Fengfeng mining area. Just across the street is Fengfeng Museum. Along the way, drive 8 minutes to Xinyi Highway Sculpture and walk for more than 10 minutes to the park. I didn't expect to stay in such a good hotel here! It's only more than 20 minutes' drive from Xiangtangshan Grottoes, which is very convenient. Service: The hotel called to inquire about the check-in time the day before check-in, which is very considerate. When seeing the children, they took the initiative to send the children's slippers and toiletries, which made the children very happy; even the cleaners in the corridor greeted politely, which shows that the hotel management is usually very good. Welcome snacks: small tomatoes and small biscuits

The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, and the facilities are all very good. I booked it for my second visit to Xiangtangshan Grottoes. Parking is free and it is next to Fengfeng Museum. There are not many people during the Qingming Festival. Both the scenic spot and the hotel are worth recommending.

Breakfast service: The restaurant has almost no management process 1. After many breakfast dishes are used up, there is no service staff to report and replenish. Many guests have nothing to eat 2. Many guests can only find the chef at the staple food stall to feedback and add dishes, but it has not been resolved half an hour after the feedback 3. Is the fresh milk of the coffee machine in a teacup? A teacup of milk can provide two guests with latte button coffee. Is it necessary for each third guest to talk to the waiter? We arrived at the restaurant at 8:37 and many dishes were out. We left at 9:05. The status of the dishes is shown in the picture.
