The staff are nice and very approachable They are wonderful and helpful. Check - in and check out were hassle free. In terms of the location, it may not be at the centre of commercial area (McDonald's wont deliver there) but it is just across the Handan East Railway Station so it is good. The facilities are better than expected. Breakfast maybe is amazing for Chinese but for non- Chinese, the choices are limited. In general, it is a good hotel and I highly recommend it specially for those who needs to travel via Railway.

I want to write this evaluation seriously, the location, the convenience of parking, the convenience of breakfast is very good, including all the service staff are very enthusiastic, I called the front desk to ask for water, the weather has to be hot several times, I am very embarrassed, but the attitude of the front desk lady makes me feel like a spring breeze, Relieved my embarrassment haha. The service from the whole process has nothing to say. The staff near the front desk, breakfast, and stairs are very good. Parking is very convenient. The first time I left, my little brother came to inform me of the direction. I liked it very much. The room is large and comfortable. The fly in the ointment is 1. I feel that the room is clean and floating on the surface. Every day on the ground there is a clear carpet flotsam. Obviously, I have not sucked the ground every day. The bedside table can obviously see a circle of rags, because the corners are gray, but the attitude is very good, is there some face engineering? 2. The pillow is not good, there is a smell, and it is uncomfortable. Hotels below this level do not use this pillow. If you want to save money, don't save it. The pillow is the most important thing for customers. 3. The toilet smell is really serious. Other hotels have not lived in this way. It seems that I am not the first to reflect this. Do you want to find someone to check if it is a pipe? Because this Kaiyuan name is so good in other aspects, I sincerely wish these three aspects to improve. I recommend accommodation, the flaws are not concealed, I wish better and better!

Overall, it is a very good store. Location: 7 bus stops from Handan East Station, 7 minutes by Didi, and the price is about 10 yuan Service: quite enthusiastic, rich breakfast, but not replenished in time. Facilities: The sofa is very good and can be turned into a bed. But the screen window is broken and can only be opened manually, everything else is good.

The room is clean and the cleaning lady cleans it in time every day. The service is warm and responsive. We arrived at nearly 11 o'clock that night and needed scissors. After contacting the front desk, they were delivered within 5 minutes. The daily breakfast is super rich and comparable to five stars. There is also a handsome guy who sends you to the high-speed rail station!

This hotel is very new, very clean, and very modern. It is definitely a premium grade hotel. I will not call it ”international” grade because (1) my Australian Mastercard debit card could not be used, (2) not much English is spoken and (3) there is no bar as we know it. None of that matters because (1) staff are adept at using the language translation tools (2) we can use the foreign card to withdraw Chinese cash at most ATM's around the city, and (3) there is a modern mall directly across the road with a supermarket selling everything including a good range of beer, wine, and spirits. Breakfast includes agreeable international selections along with a tempting range of Chinese fare. A FREE late supper is served every evening from 9.30pm which we found quite adequate as our evening meal. The dining room for breakfast and supper is on the 20th floor with spectular city views. Our room on the 17th floor enjoys the same views. Easy-to-use automatic laundry facilities are also provided FREE on the 20th floor. Robots were effectively used to deliver small items to our room. Value for the price is incredible. I was hestitant to give top rating... the word might get out... the price might go up... the quality might go down. But for now, it is what it is... diabolically excellent.

We originally booked a twin room, but the front desk said that the rooms were limited during the Spring Festival, and the air conditioning in the remaining rooms was slow to heat. They proactively upgraded me to a deluxe executive king room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room facilities are very new and the linens are of good quality, all of which are five-star standards. I wanted an extra quilt, but I called 5 times and waited more than 2 hours before it was delivered. The service efficiency is really poor. . . Another thing is the water in the room, which is really average. There are not many places to eat around, and the hotel restaurant is a bit expensive. To sum up, considering the price and hardware, the overall cost performance is quite high. There were many guests during the Spring Festival, so the service was tolerable.

Because of the unanimous good reviews on Ctrip and the phone call, I booked an elegant room for three days. I have to say the service is really good, enthusiastic, proactive, and the response to requests is very timely. When I left, I was given two cups. Although I didn't use them, it really showed that the hotel was very thoughtful. However, even though the service was warm and thoughtful, the evaluation points given were mainly for the service, so the problems still need to be mentioned. The air conditioner outdoor unit was too loud and we could hardly get a good night's rest. This was the main reason why we checked out after staying for one night. Parking is inconvenient. There are too few parking spaces on the ground. Almost all the cars nearby are parked. It is difficult for hotel guests to park. There are not many underground parking spaces. The most incredible thing is that the elevator in the underground parking lot can only go up, but not down to the hotel. You need to walk down. This is the first time I have seen such a situation. The breakfast was also very average. The breakfast at a nearby restaurant opens at 7:00. By the time we finished breakfast, it was already 07:30 and many dishes had not yet arrived. The food was not very hot and there were not many varieties.

Suitable for catching a train, just opposite the train station, very close. Very cost-effective. Facilities: The hotel is in the same building as Holiday Inn Express and we rent the top two floors. It has a separate lobby and elevator. The room facilities are basically the same as Holiday Inn Express, but have been renovated, so if you want to stay in a newer place, you can consider it. I checked and it's under Jinjiang, so its comparable hotel should be Zhixuan hhh. The room faces the inner courtyard and is very quiet. There is a parking lot downstairs, and there are usually parking spaces. There is MixC nearby, and it's very close by taxi. Service: There are fruits when you check in, the breakfast is OK, and the front desk is nice.
