Great hotel. We originally booked an airbnb on the island, but because the hygiene was not very good, we temporarily changed to this hotel. It felt like heaven. The hotel is right by the sea, and it's nice to watch the stars at sunset or at night. In addition, the restaurant is delicious. It is recommended to dine in the hotel one night.

We had the best experience at the gorgeous Natara Hangaroa. Having stayed at its sister hotel in Costa Rica, we had high expectations. The hotel, service, location, top quality in-room amenities, and the ceviche(!) were perfect. Special thanks to Isabel and Josefina in guest services and to Eduardo in the restaurant for making our stay over-the-top outstanding and memorable. You guys are the best! We took the recommended four excursions to get a taste of the history, culture, and sights of this amazing island, and all were fantastic. The sunrise visit to the Moai was a special treat as well. I highly recommend Nayara for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable oasis with gorgeous views and a convenient location near town on the incredible island of Rapa Nui!

The Nayara Hangaroa is the best on Easter Island. We initially had some minor communications issues, but they were quickly resolved after we raised them. The rooms was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurants was very good, though it would be nice if they rotated the menu for dinner as we were there for 6 nights. The service, especially the front desk and the spa, were excellent. Carla manages the spa and working with her as well as our massages were a delight. The included tours were generally good, though some guides were better than others and you have no control which you will receive. Net, I would recommend the resort.

Enchanted island and this hotel suits it well. Serene, calm and with a great place on ocean edge. Food excellent as were staff. We made 7 trips to see the amazing sights. Well organised and great guides. A few-minutes walk and you are at centre of town. Great coordination of airline pick up and drop off. Room great size and loved being left local flowers by housekeeping. Sometimes food order not quite what we asked for. Probably our lack of Spanish although most waiters has adequate English

The kindness and hospitality begin as soon as you exit the airport and find Elias waiting for you with a lei and a smile, then he loads your bags into the hotel van and whisks you away to such a beautiful hotel and spa. The rooms are generously sized, the breakfast buffet is vast, plentiful, and delicious, the beds are comfortable, and property is neat and tidy. I don't swim, but the pool looks fantastic. The massage I took time for (and so should you) was very well done. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, pleasant, and helpful, even if they didn't speak English so well. Most knew my name (how do they do that?!). The location is perfect - easy walk to the town, and the ocean is literally across the street. I can't imagine staying anywhere else on Easter Island. I recommend this property without hesitation.

Architecture is unique as it is inspired by the local ancient structures. It is not a small hotel and yet gentle on the environment. Stylish bedrooms, with great attention to details. Attentive staff, stars and affectionate dogs make an unprecedented atmosphere. The restaurant is curated, really impressed by the fish tartare. For being in a remote island the level of comfort and sophistication is impressive.

Room was very nice with a separate shower and tub, large bedroom area and outside patio area with Adirondack chairs. Property is large with plenty of area to walk around. Pool looked inviting but weather was too cool for us to swim! I appreciated their efforts to reduce waste and they gave each guest a refillable water bottle so we could fill up before we departed on daily excursions. Excursions were excellent - they gave a big map and explain everything you will see. Make you appreciate the cultural significance of the what you see. Service was uniformly excellent throughout the resort. My only criticism is the food choices for lunch and dinner. Breakfast buffet was fine but for lunch and dinner each day we were offered 2 choices and they were limited. Like tuna pesto and quinoa. I understand their effort to use local food sources but the food selections were just pretty limited. And often lunch and dinner were very similar.

Start to finish we really enjoyed everything about this adventure. We had Tico as our guide from start to finish. We were able to enjoy the sunset excursion the first night and the sunrise excursion our last day prior to our flight out. Tico played guitar and sang local songs for us. It made incredible events both romantic and unforgettable. What a way to start and end our trip. We did morning and afternoon excursions our two full days. Anything you choose will be great. So much to see!!!! I would suggest 3-full days so you can go a little slower and enjoy the Hotel and town, which is a short walk away. We were very tired with only 2-full days/3-nights. The hotel was top notch in every way. Rooms, staff, food, and drink were 5-stars all the way.
