One plus: Spacious
Multiple disadvantages: It can be seen that the purpose of laying carpet is to avoid sweeping the floor. The lobby and corridors smell musty.
The facilities are old and hygienic, so I really don't dare to use them. Compensation clauses for damage to facilities are posted everywhere.
Even if you have a breakfast coupon, you cannot take it to the room to eat. I have to go to the restaurant to eat, which is simply overbearing. However, the lady at the front desk apologized when I checked out, which made me feel better!
In short, you can make your own decision when you come here. For comparison, if you just want to sleep, dozens of guest houses are also good choices. Because I only dare to sleep here.
