Hotel near hustle place, especially staff 郑文康 gave the perfect service that let us to late check out, so nice!!

The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can walk to the pier to take the canal boat and walk to museums nearby. We also walked to the west lake, about 1.4 km. The breakfast is good (Chinese style). We went during Chinese holidays and the hotel was full, people took all the pudding as soon as it arrived, but the hotel kept refilling. The room was very comfortable, big, with a bed and a nice view of the city (13 floor). The cleaning lady was very patient and cleaned our room past mid-day. The receptionist kiki helped us in English using WeChat translation, and gave us a lot of information on the walking tours to the west lake, pagoda and canal.

We spend a brilliant weekend in Hangzhou at the Zhejiang Hotel. Excellent location to metro line 1 as well as Wulin night market, and great room service. West lake was beautiful in the evening sun, despite the traffic control areas. Also the old hotel heating system gave us some discomfort as this very hot weekend left our room at 28c with only a weak fan. The National Tea Museum is a must-see, relaxing and well curated. Overall, very satisfied.

Additionally, the hotel is close to several popular shopping streets, including Hubin Road, where you can find both luxury brands and local shops. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, giving guests many dining options beyond the hotel itself. 2. Warm and Efficient Check-in Process From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the staff. The lobby is spacious, elegant, and well-lit, giving off a luxurious yet comfortable vibe. Check-in was smooth and quick, with the front desk staff offering a welcome drink upon arrival. I appreciated their professionalism—they spoke fluent English and were well-prepared to answer all my questions about nearby attractions and transportation options. One thing that stood out was their attentiveness; they noticed I had traveled a long way and offered to expedite my check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. 3. Spacious and Well-Appointed Rooms The room I stayed in was a deluxe double with a partial view of West Lake. I enjoyed starting my day with a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and Chinese dim sum. They also had made-to-order noodle and omelet stations, which was a great touch. The food quality was excellent, and the service during breakfast was attentive, with staff regularly refilling coffee and tea without being asked. In addition to the breakfast buffet, the hotel offers several dining options throughout the day. I dined at their Chinese restaurant one evening, which specializes in Hangzhou cuisine. The dishes were authentic and flavorful—definitely a highlight of my trip. I recommend trying the local specialty, Dongpo Pork, which was cooked to perfection. Room service was also available 24/7, and I tried it once when I returned late from sightseeing. The food was delivered promptly, and the quality was on par with the restaurant meals.

The hotel was amazing! Honestly payed such a good price for a really nice stay, the room was perfect and they even had a bathtub which made my night so much better in this cold! It was perfect!

The hotel layout felt a bit aged and the rooms were slightly smaller than we’d prefer, but the in-room facilities were modern and well-maintained thanks to recent renovations. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding a welcoming touch to our stay. The international breakfast included with our booking was a pleasant surprise, offering a wide variety of dishes with above-average taste. It was a great way to start our mornings. While the hotel could use some updates in terms of space and overall layout, the convenient location, updated amenities, and excellent service made for a comfortable stay. We’d consider staying here again for future trips to Hangzhou.

Very clean, tidy and spacious room with great amenities. The room is too comfortable to stay in. The location is fantastic. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall. Your meals are easily covered if you're lazy to go far out. The hotel breakfast was superb. Wide spread of food choice. More importantly, the dishes were freshly cooked and always warm even if they were prepared early. The taste was delicious too. I would definitely come back here again.
