There are three beds in one room. The room size is barely OK. There is no sound insulation. The takeaway can be delivered directly to the door. The security is too poor. Hotel was clean, close to the airport. Hotel looked exactly like the pictures advertised. staff were helpful (even with the language barrier). Airport shuttle was provided for in the morning with breakfast.

I stayed here 11 nights on family room, this hotel is much much better than Z Prime and Grace hotel. This hotel has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. There are 2 robots that deliver quickly to the room when order food. The service at this hotel is very, very good (you won't get this kind of service at the Z Prime Hotel and Grace Hotel). The downside in my opinion is the small shower room . I saw there is a big one and ask the staff bout it, they explain because I asked for a quiet room, the side facing quiet environment has small shower room. There also a staff person who is very very very kind : 1. When I arrived I borrowed scissors to open my suitcase plastic wrap and he help me to open it. 2. When I was in the lobby waiting for my food delivery, this person approached me asking what was wrong and wait with me until the food come. 3. I asked for laundry plastic, this person also delivered it straight away. This person always smiles to greet guests. I hope that this hotel will develop bigger with staff like this and for this staff, I hope that he and his family abundant success and health. Sorry, I can't read chinese name so I put his picture

I brought my family to Hangzhou for a trip, and my friend recommended Hanting. The front desk clerk received us very warmly and helped us with suggestions on how to travel. First, the front desk staff are very friendly; Second, the hotel is very close from the high-speed rail station. As soon as you exit the subway, you can cross the road to the hotel. There are bus stops and subway stations around the hotel, which makes travel very convenient; Third, the hotel's hygiene, environment, and facilities are very good. The first room the assigned to us was very dirty as if it was never cleaned. Smell of cigarette smoke was strong in the hallway and seeped into our room. Had to sleep with window open in freezing winter otherwise suffocated by the smoke. Next day we requested change of room which was slightly cleaner but the cigarette smoke was never resolved. Apparently there was no control and local guests were just smoking in their room and even lobby (staff did not say anything). Room cleaning was only to take our trash and housekeeping staff did not even clean the floor or bathroom until you asked her to do so. Please be careful when you book a room because they may assign you a room on 16/17 floor which requires climbing stairs (many guests complained about this).

Check-in was smooth after they didn't found my reservation in the beginning. Location is amazing as it's super close to subway Wensan road station and many restaurants nearby. Easy to reach from Hangzhou East and West train station. I was a little disappointed from the room as it was smelly and I had problems with the shower.
