The hotel room is spacious, well-equipped, separated from wet and dry areas, and well-arranged. The underground parking lot is also very convenient. I chose this hotel this time because I could go to the Chengdong Branch of the Second Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine for medical treatment. There are also many dining options around. I will choose this hotel again next time.

The experience of this stay was very good from check-in to check-out. The front desk Ying greeted in advance and arranged the room. The service was in place. The room was spacious and bright, with complete facilities. The location of the hotel is also excellent, with convenient transportation and many surrounding attractions. I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel again. The stay experience was very good

The hotel is supposed to be 4 star but the service is not so . After we checked in , we found out the soap and other items in the shower were empty. Wi-Fi was not existent in the room . After we complained, the front desk said that is nothing they can do. The location is good , walking distance to Hangzhou East train station, about 15 minutes away on the right facing Ningbo road.

The room is spacious with the upgrade. We enjoyed our stayed here with the limited view of west lake from our room. The breakfast is good with variety of selection. Very near to metro station as well. Thank you for the good service from the counter staff. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Only suggestion is probably can consider to supply a better choices of breakfast pack other than fruits and 🥯 when we requested for it as our flight is early morning. The same request as rushing for early morning flight, we make for hotel in Beijing yet they able to provide variety of choices including xiao long bao in the breakfast pack.

The location is superb—just 500 meters from West Lake, making it incredibly convenient for frequent visits to this beautiful attraction. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of choices, including Western dishes, classic Chinese cuisine, and popular local Hangzhou specialties. Every morning was a delightful culinary experience. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping the rooms spotless, and I especially want to commend Li Cai Jing (李彩琴). She went above and beyond, taking the time to chat with us and understand how she could make our stay even better. Her warmth and dedication truly made a difference. Overall, this hotel offers top-notch service, great amenities, and an unbeatable location. Highly recommended!
