酒店位於吳山腳下，風景非常優美，早晨可以爬爬吳山，遠眺西湖，步行到西湖也就衹有十幾分鍾，非常方便，夜晚可以去散散步，出酒店就是清河坊，50米不到，沒事就逛一逛買買小吃很是愜意。酒店前台服務非常好，入住第一天給送了水果，天氣熱不間斷的給送礦泉水，很值得推薦，下次去杭州還會入住

Amazing stay, service of the staff is much better than a five-star hotel - very courteous and helpful. Even cleaning staff are very polite
Staff also helped to give us extra water when we ran out.
There was renovations going on, but didnt affect us because we were out during the day.
Room is decent, open concept of bathroom is very comfortable and easy to walk around.
Went in summer and aircon is really good.
Room comes with tea set and free tea leaves. Smart TV easy to use, bedding is firm and comfortable!
I wasnt planning to visit Hangzhou again, but would definitely return for this stay!
Location: right next to hefang st and hangzhou museum.

辦理入住服務人員很熱情 但房間設施確實差了些 沒住過親子房的單人床竟然是鋼絲床 然後就是床單下面好多頭髮 讓人很不舒服 但酒店的人員服務還是比較到位的 及時清理了 打掃阿姨也一直道歉 送了小甜點 但住酒店首要的是衞生 還是希望能加強衞生檢查吧 其次鋼絲床真的説不出來的感覺 體驗感不好 服務人員還是要給予好評的

這家酒店體驗很好！位置超棒，離地鐵近，出行方便。前台服務熱情，辦理入住快。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒服，睡得香。衞生間乾濕分離，熱水足。性價比高，沒早餐也不影響整體體驗，交通便利，邊上就是清河坊、杭州博物館、吳山廣場，去西湖，雷峯塔，蘇堤等景點很近，地鐵也不錯，打車也超級快！

酒店就在吳山腳下、清河坊邊上，距離柳浪聞鶯步行10分鐘左右，位置很方便。
帶娃出行訂了家庭房，房間巨大，還有可以泡澡的大澡缸，娃泡澡玩水玩得很開心哈哈。送了水果甜點，出去玩的時候還給送了冷泡的龍井茶，非常貼心了！
下次如果來西湖玩還會訂這家～
