This is the second visit due to unexpected delay of Fear and Dreams Eason Chan in Hangzhou, and they keep a really high standard of hospitality. Consider the great location, I would recommend all if they are going to HZ Olympic Sports Center for concerts or events.

Only stayed for one night when going to the Ed Sheeran concert. Great location. The room had everything needed, although it was quite hot in the room and it was not easy to figure out how to make the AC the right temperature. Would recommend if someone is staying in Hangzhou for a concert

We stayed in a triple room which was very nice. The room was large, modern bathroom and the beds were very comfy! Down side though was that the room was super noisy! Traffic noise and construction from 6:30am straight through and noise from the lift was difficult to block out.

Excellent location with quick access to metro stations; convenient stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Room is clean and spacious with good air-conditioning; access to fitness room and self-service laundry a big plus. Breakfast is very good. Unfortunately, lack of air-conditioning in common areas can be unbearable in summer months.

Location is along the road but not near downtown. Poor service, requested for late check put as trip.com privilege upon check in, reception said yes. The following day, they called us to check out early. They could have said no earlier, so that we knew. 1 english speaking staff. 1 friendly staff, the rest were not. No amenities. Breakfast had no choices considering many were foreigners for Asian games. There is a obnoxious odor in the lobby. Rooms were old. Paint were already removed. Don't try this hotel.

Location is a little far from the train station, but still walkable
Breakfast was not too bad but could have more variety
Rooms were cosy and bed was comfortable.
There is a gym but when I was there, people were smoking inside.
