入住這家酒店，就像與久違的朋友重逢，滿滿的都是感動與温馨。首先前台的服務非常到位，能夠考慮到很多細節，讓我覺得非常貼心。其次酒店衞生狀況無可挑剔，每個角落都打掃得一塵不染。服務態度更是無可挑剔，工作人員總是面帶微笑，讓人感到賓至如歸。

房間設備齊全房間空間很大也很乾凈，環境很舒適，服務到位，沒有踩雷，性價比很高，員工的態度很好，地理位置非常的方便，離江漢路地鐵口很近，附近有很多購物和美食的選擇，離天街很近，吃飯也很方便，入住房間還可以點外賣，酒店還有機器人可以把外賣送到房間，的一個不錯的選擇

酒店不是新開的，就掛了個名，其實是昊麗酒店，08年開業的，空調很舊，電梯還有奇怪的聲音，避雷避雷！！！！！！

老酒店，不是新開的，衞生條件特別差，早上起來床上居然有個蟑螂🪳真是噁心至極，早上起來找前台，前台派了個服務員過來看了一下，説酒店經理不在，因有工作安排着急離店，開發票的時候前台加了微信，説經理下午上班聯繫我，結果等了一天也沒見有人聯繫我，打電話問前台所謂的經理才回電話過來，態度很惡劣，作為服務行業出現這種事情不是應該先有個好態度嘛，但是這個所謂的什麼經理也不知道是酒店店長的親戚還是什麼人，那個態度好像床上出現蟑螂是應該的，這種基本衞生都保證不了的酒店建議大家還是別住，蟑螂晚上到處爬萬一再鑽到耳朵鼻子裏面，後果不堪設想啊….

酒店很好，一整個入住過程愉快且安心，房間佈局簡約清新，各類設施齊全，衞生更是細緻，非常滿意的一次入住，房間不會有異味，裝修也是一絕，好喜歡這種style，關鍵是前台服務態度也真的超級超級好，強烈推薦!!!!

一家地理位置非常好的酒店，周邊很繁華，附近就是天街，吃喝玩樂很方便，周邊小店非常多，酒店裝修風格也非常符合我們審美，房間被套鋪的很整齊，客氣清新，也不會有異味，讓人感覺很舒適，點個贊
