又又家美宿（西溪天街店）

I was looking for a place to stay near my work and booked this place. It was very efficient, the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. It is the best place to stay near Xixi. The housekeeper tried his best to meet any needs.

Very nice...very clean, comfortable to sleep in and plenty of beds. We cooked a lot of dishes in the kitchen, which has all the tools. It is so happy to live in a loft like this and play mahjong, watch movies and chat with friends. . . . Everyone must come to this B&B. The sister's attitude is very nice. I am very satisfied.

The location of the B&B is not bad, there are many snacks downstairs and it is connected to the shopping mall. But the overall hygiene is average, there is a clear smell of cigarettes in the room, the bathroom door is very scaled, the shower gel and shampoo are mixed with water, the conditioner bottle does not contain conditioner, there are used tissues in the room drawer, the bathroom does not provide enough rolls of paper, and the hair dryer is covered with hair... In addition, the service awareness needs to be improved. The landlord did not communicate well in advance, and his proactive communication was basically just to get guests to register. The check-in reminder message was not updated in a timely manner. The stone pot fish at the door had become a beef restaurant, and the landlord himself did not seem to be aware of these situations, resulting in a 20-minute search for the entrance to the community. Parking is charged, 60 a day is enough. Most of the parking spaces are private, so you need to find a temporary parking space yourself. At least this can be stated in advance. It is rare to have other guests borrow the remote control during your stay.

暑假一路住了很多家民宿，這套我門全家人評價最高的一套，顏值衞生和服務都沒話説。 空間大，閨女説這是“小別墅"，下次還要住這種"小別墅"的房間；床舒服，老公挑床的，這個的四件套和床墊他説比前面那些硬闆闆床好很多 管家解決問題到位，前面幾個民宿紙巾都是小卷小盒沒幾下就用完了，要還得去前台懶得跑。這邊用完找管家管家立馬讓我們在抽屜裏面取了備用捲紙抽紙。點外賣也是貼心的提供電梯碼讓我們發給快遞小哥讓小哥送上樓。

家庭出遊住是比較頭疼的，既要滿足孩子們的需要，又要滿足環境需求！本就抱着踩雷的心態，經過一系列的篩選，酒店與民宿之間的選擇，性價比比較高的，又不比酒店設施低配置的，價格差不多的也莫過於這家！店家早早就聯繫上我，按我的需求，安排這間三床房 環境：以粉色為主，空間大，讓人第一感覺舒適！ 服務：店家姐姐也很貼心，都會詢問有沒有需要了解的等等！ 總而言之，值得推薦！
