I originally planned to stay for one night, but ended up staying for three nights because it was so comfortable! 😁 Because I was too tired from climbing the mountain, the butler delivered breakfast directly to the room, and there were rich varieties, which was touching🥹Finally, I would like to thank the store for the souvenirs. The room is newly renovated, very quiet and comfortable, and the external environment is also very good. It is in the West Lake Scenic Area, with fresh air and easy parking. The staff will arrange each link in advance, with a good attitude and a good experience. The only drawback is that the breakfast is so-so, basically all carbohydrates, and the protein is only boiled eggs and very salty bacon. Maybe it’s because of insufficient preparation at the beginning? Overall, the breakfast is too simple. When I checked out, I gave a souvenir, a bracelet, which I liked very much~

A happy and comfortable trip The hotel has a good location and a quiet environment. The room is a three-story detached villa. The elderly are on the second floor and my room is on the third floor. The housekeeper upgraded me to a suite. The room is large and the heating is sufficient. The children will not feel cold even if they wear single clothes and play in the room. The staff are very enthusiastic and attentive. The breakfast at Four Seasons is also very good! Worth recommending🥰 I like the souvenirs very much

Take a walk nearby, the air is fresh, and the scenery is beautiful. The hotel's room facilities are high-end, and it is also equipped with a Dyson hair dryer. The bathroom is clean and tidy, and the quality of the supplies is also high. The hotel's service is also impeccable. From the warm reception at the front desk to the thoughtful travel suggestions, every detail makes people feel warm. It is very convenient to go to various attractions in West Lake. Rich breakfast: There are many varieties, including local specialties and common Western meals, the taste is superb, and it starts a day full of vitality. If I come to West Lake again next time, I will definitely choose this hotel!

This time we bought a package of 1288. After booking the room online, the housekeeper was very considerate and assisted us with the check-in matters. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we experienced top-notch service! The hotel specially helped us upgrade the room type from a king-size bed room to an executive suite. The service staff waited beside us as soon as we arrived at the hotel to help carry the luggage, introduce the room facilities, inform the restaurant location and breakfast options, and the housekeeper also helped us book the Lingyin Temple tickets early. It was really a complete check-in with a bag, and there was no need to worry about anything! As soon as we entered the room, there was a welcome fruit plate and a free mini bar on the table. The room was really big and equipped with a living room balcony. It was cleaned very cleanly and tidy. The bathroom also had a bathtub and air conditioning, so it would not be very cold after taking a shower. The point is that the bed is very comfortable to sleep in!!! We originally planned to have lunch at 12 noon the next day, but because the bed was so comfortable to sleep in, we accidentally slept until 2 pm before checking out. Thank you very much for the help of the housekeeper and restaurant staff, so that we could still have a hot lunch at 2 pm. Then there are Chinese and Western breakfast options. We chose the Western breakfast, which is really worth getting up early to enjoy. The lunch menu is also very good, especially the Haiyan soup and shrimp cakes are very good!
