great stay .first time in 5th Floor ,evenit was short.stay ,overall is good .the staff is friendly i come here more then 6time it really convenient to go.west lake shopping and having meal

A fine hotel in a good location close to lots of things. The room, however, was absolutely freezing, and there was no way to stay warm. The shower could have been better in terms of nozzle and adjustability. Overall, it is very spacious and a good hotel if you're okay with the things described above.

Like the design and the feeling while staying in this hotel. No sewerage smell like many other hotels. Walking distance to many nearby attractions.

Everything was perfect, the receptionist was friendly, helpful and reachable. We definitely would be back in the future. Super recommend for anyone who come to Hangzhou for travel ❤️❤️

Great hotel close to west lake. There's KFC next door and tasty luckin coffee which is better than Starbucks. It's closed to many shopping malls about 15 minutes walk. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Great hotel to stay.

No slippers for guests. Cause extreme discomfort to guests especially when going to the toilet. White slippers got wet after showering.
Hotel must be attentive to guest's needs and discomfort due to the cold weather. Otherwise everything is ok since it's near west lake and other attractions
