This was hands down the best hotel we stayed at during our trip. While it was a bit challenging to find a taxi willing to drive up the steep, narrow hill, the exceptional hospitality we received at the hotel made it all worth it. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Every little detail was attended to, from the personalized service to the genuine kindness and warmth they showed throughout our stay. It’s rare to experience such heartfelt hospitality, and it truly made our trip memorable. The hotel’s staff created an atmosphere where we felt like more than just guests – we felt like part of the family. We have been here in the 1st week of the opening. A very cozy place with unique design.
The staff was very friendly. Even in the first week when not everything went 100% smoothly (which is quite normal), the staff organised everything very well. The room was large, clean, the bed very comfortable and the breakfast very delicious as well. In the room you have everything you need incl. free beverages. The location is also quite good and everything easy to reach with didi in close distance. From the airport, it takes around 1h drive.
We definitely will come back when we go to Hangzhou again.
