Walking distance to the small lane to the hotel as it is near a neighbourhood shop houses. Room is clean.

I had a room without a window, which was fine because I booked it so. What it doesn't say when you are booking it is that the temperature is colder than the outside (I was there during winter) and I didn't have access to the thermostat. The WiFi didn't work, and neither did my own data. Lastly, there was noise. At all times of the day and night. Either people shouting, late at night, or the reception music combined with a noise. I didn't figure out what it was but it went on ALL NIGHT LONG, which drove me absolutely crazy.
The location is nice though, probably the best thing about this hotel.

The room is nice, small but fully functional. It is right on the pedestrian street, very convenient for eating and shopping. The only downside is that the toilet is not clean and smells! Hope it can be improved.

The environment is very good, the soundproofing is good, and the front desk service is enthusiastic.
