Everything here was nice, but one issue affected my sleep: the thin walls without soundproofing. You can hear everything from outside, which was very loud, and I couldn’t sleep at all during my three nights here. Additionally, the sound of water flowing down the pipes from the upper floors to the ground floor (I stayed on the first floor) was very loud and clear throughout the night whenever someone used the bathroom or took a shower. However, the location, breakfast, and comfort were okay for me overall.

Love everything. Great location, great amenities.
Even have a washing machine(detergent provided) and dryer for your laundry needs.
Very clean and nice room which is cleaned everyday and amenities replenished.
Will definitely stay here again!!

Good location.Near to Metro station and within walking distance to night market and west lake.bus stop just Infront of the hotel. Free laundry service provided too.

It was a very pleasant stay at this hotel! Will definitely come back here again as it was really near to the MRT station and other hotspots (plus it was super affordable) 🥰 Will always fufill all the enquiries that we asked! I don’t have much pictures but they have bidet which is very convenient 👍🏻 Thank youuuu, love Hangzhou ✨

Comfy bed and good location to metro and shopping mall access! Would recommend to my friends or family next time when traveling to Hangzhou!

The location is close with Fengqi sta. with Exit A.
The staff isn’e fluent in English but it’s so fine that their service are great and helpful😄.
In the room had little smoking smell from the pipe in the bathroom but it was gone once opening the
exhaust fan.

มีกลิ่นบุหรี่มาตามท่อในห้องน้ำ แต่พอให้เปิดพัดลมดูดอากาศในห้องน้ำ กลิ่นก็หายไปค่ะ

Location is great ! Very near to subway station. Room a little bit small, and not sound proof. We can hear neighbour room screaming several times in the night. Breakfast is good, staff are helpfull. Will consider to stay here again if I go to Hangzhou.

Stay for 2nights. Strategic location, just 1min walk from the FengQi Metro station exit C2. And opposite also wuling night market. For breakfast, 2days also same dishes. Hope this can improve abit

This is the best hotel I stayed ever, I was impressed by the heated toilet seat which I only experience it in Japan. Good location and cleaniness. Wanted to continue staying after 2 nights but was told all rooms were sold out. We will definitely choose this hotel if we visit Hangzhou again
