房間很新，裝修非常的喜歡，房間也打掃的很乾凈，非常奈斯。這次是過來玩的，沒想到會發現寶藏，早餐也非常豐盛好吃。很喜歡吃他們家的小包子。距離西湖也很近，著名的斷橋殘雪打卡去了一下，風景非常好，很喜歡杭州這個城市，當然也很喜歡這家酒店，前台小姐姐們都是有求必應

酒店內裝修簡潔大方，看起來非常舒服，而且衞生也做得很好，乾淨整潔。
服務方面也是相當好。前台的人員態度特別好，總是面帶微笑，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。客房服務也很及時，每次需要什麼東西，衹要打個電話，服務員很快就會送過來。而且還有洗衣烘乾設施等，出門洗衣太方便啦，真的讓人感覺很方便。總的來説，這家酒店的環境和服務都非常不錯，值得推薦，贊👍

距離西湖斷橋步行僅需20分鐘左右，交通極為便利。周邊不僅有西湖這一絕美景點，還有嘉裏中心、湖濱銀泰等繁華商圈，這樣的地理位置對於想要盡情遊覽西湖。我入住期間，前台工作人員還主動幫忙寄存行李、提供叫醒服務，太貼心啦！房間內配有智能馬桶、水温調節等設備，且空間寬敞、採光良好，讓人感覺十分舒適。設施完善。早餐豐富多樣，特別推薦杭州特色小吃。整體體驗非常棒，下次還會選擇這裏！

離斷橋非常近，10分鐘就到了，在過去就是武林夜市一條小吃街，太棒了！酒店是新裝修的，房間沒得説，非常滿意，酒店的智能馬桶也很好，帶加熱的。前台小哥哥小姐姐們都很熱情，太愛啦，鎖定這家啦

不錯。出行都是首選攜程。這家全季是25年新開的。比較乾淨。味道也還好。距離西湖打車過去蠻近 13元，停車場距離酒店300米，可以先把行李放酒店。然後再開車過去去停車。工作人員都很nice，這次還有小禮物。蠻好的。性價比很高。早飯也不錯。小籠包好吃。

酒店停車位充足，免費停車。酒店整體入住感受特別滿意，前台服務專業，房間充足情況下還幫忙免費升級，房間空間寬敞，房間乾淨衞生整潔。企業微信還會每天推送優惠券，性價比比較高，工作人員前台服務態度很好，及時響應需求，需要什麼都能立馬送到，前台還可以免費寄存行李，叫醒服務。早餐菜品味道好，種類多。酒店位置便利，周圍吃的也比較多，出行交通十分方便。
