出差第一次人住湘湖柏曼酒店，衞生乾淨整潔，服務態度好，酒店周圍環境很好，是遼養的好酒店，且離杭州樂園，爛蘋果，極地海洋館和湘湖都10分鐘左右

很喜歡的一家酒店，位置好，環境也好，酒店自身的服務和配置也很不錯。有免費的停車場和自助洗衣房，還有送餐機器人可以送到房間，非常方便，以後會一直來住的！

設施：太陳舊，可能多年沒裝修了。
衞生：發現幾根上批客人的長髮。
環境：門口垃圾滿地，車位落葉成堆。酒店內無早餐，酒店外也無早餐，衹能打的去遠處吃，非常不便。
服務：衹與前台交涉，沒有更多的服務。
