We had another fantastic time at SENBO! The rooms are very clean and comfortable (the sheets are very soft!) and we enjoyed a lake view. There is lots for children to do and we were excited to see a new animal area in development. There has been a cafe added since we last stayed and more entertainers than last time too. The Rainforest Restaurant is excellent, with a delicious selection of many different foods - breakfast is also excellent. The water park and children’s play are both very clean and lots of fun. We are already looking forward to our next visit 😊

We had a great time at the Senbo resort. Two adults with kids (8 and 9 years old). Very helpful staff and with a bit of help from translation apps everything went OK. Great selection in the buffet. Be aware that many of the water slides are only suitable for persons between 45-90 kg and over 150 cm, which meant that of our family of 4 only 1 (mum who doesn’t want to slide anyway) could access the slides. No regular swimming pool with more depth is available, but there is a nice vawe pool with around 1.60 m max depth. Also a surf simulator! Fun. Resort also has a 7d movie, many games and a play-land as well as a mini zoo. Kids loved it.

This resort was simply wonderful. Went for a wedding and the facilities were great. The breakfast delicious and staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I will definitely visit again for another stay.

This is more for chinesse families. Nobody speaks english. That been said, its a fully immersive experience and the place is really nice.

Such a great experience at Senbo, 95% of the staff are very very polite and helpful, except for one of the chef at the breakfast station. Kids loved the family cabin, the scenery is great and room temperature is great. Attention to details, toiletries are prepped for kids very cute, table corners are protected. The playground is huge and mini zoo for the kids to spend their entire day at.
This is a great place for family, definitely will come back again if we come to visit Hang Zhou.

Our stay at Senbo Nature Park and Resort was absolutely fantastic, especially for a family with kids! The resort is beautifully designed, with lush green surroundings that give it a peaceful and natural vibe. There were so many activities for our children, from interactive nature experiences to fun outdoor games. The staff was warm and accommodating, making sure the kids felt special and entertained. The family-friendly facilities, including spacious rooms and dining options with something for everyone, made the trip stress-free. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing, adventure-filled family getaway!
