I really had a great time staying here, the staff was so friendly and allowed me to checkin early and even upgraded my room. The room is so spacious and amenities also great. Definitely will stay here for the next time I come again to hangzhou. Thank you so much!

I'm from South Korea, my team and I stayed for two nights for a business meeting, and we had a truly satisfying experience.
What we appreciated the most was our dining experience at the Chinese restaurant on Basement Level 4 over Sunday and Monday. We were able to enjoy delicious Chinese cuisine at a relaxed pace and at a reasonable price. Additionally, the staff thoughtfully and meticulously served the liquors without corkage charge.
A particularly memorable moment occurred on Monday evening. Before the dessert was served, we accidentally settled the bill and returned to our room, forgetting about the dessert. However, the staff noticed this and kindly delivered a warm note, along with fruits and an apology message, to our room. This gesture left us deeply impressed and grateful. I just hope you to encourage their warm minds.
As we have several more business trips planned to Hangzhou in the near future, we are already looking forward to staying at InterContinental again.

Amazing service, it was kid's birthday, hotel prepared cake and decoration. Buffet was also great, will come back again to here. Great location for shopping! Room is large too!

A really impressive facility with stunning views, central location, excellent bell service and many more! The rooms are super spacious and comfortable with a nice round chair to watch tv a large desk to work comfortably and a nice bathroom. Strongly recommended for business or travel.
