設施：很有設計感宋代美學➕現代設計混合的房間創意房間size算中等衞生：非常不錯乾淨衞生阿姨打掃的很不錯服務：服務真的是超預期啦！而且過生日酒店還特意準備了蛋糕跟房間佈置最最值得一提的就是凱賓斯基的現做的生日蛋糕青提芝士蛋糕➕奶油看着平平無奇比較簡約風但是超級好吃！甚至下次會想買來吃的程度非常絕住過國內外很多品牌酒店了可以説這芝士生日蛋糕top1 其他也好吃但不至於吃完希望有機會大家都去嚐嚐吧！

房間乾淨整潔，打掃的服務人員也很禮貌負責，沒在意下水慢的情況，但服務人員隔天打掃就發現問題並且及時跟進反饋，確認調整完畢。要給客房的人點贊。酒店位置也比較方便有商場也有歷史老街。

前廳check in 接待服務感受不好，辦理入住時對小朋友也不友好。酒店行政酒廊衹免費一個小孩，另外一個娃就得付費，而且還沒吃就着急過來簽單。住過這麼多酒店，近期就凱賓斯基的大堂check in 和 club lounge體驗比較差。行政酒廊可以看到小河公園全景。泳池體驗很好，有小温泉池，有大泳池，泳池的救生員對小朋友很友善。

服務：從前台到服務員都很熱情，在房間空餘的情況下還幫忙做了升級，房間寬敞，視野開闊，可以看到運河停車場雖然是和商場共用，但每次出去可以跟前台報車牌免停車費早餐豐富，現做的品種很多，還有零點菜單供應在這塊區域沒有對手，下次來杭州還會選擇
