整體地方偏小，停車不太好停，這個包棟其實就是跟房東住一塊兒不是真正意義上的包棟。客廳裏面堆着一些雜物，實際上使用空間較小，客房總體還可以。

房東一家人特別好，特別善良，看我們沒有吃早飯就把自己家裡準備的糯米飯和餡餅給我們吃，第一次吃到這樣獨居當地特色的美食，非常感謝！

昨天入住的，感受非常好，老闆娘細心的給我提行李箱到三樓，設施齊全，衞生好，有電視！有陽台，陽台有沙發，躺着十分愜意，空調打開，像回到家一樣温馨。早上起來陽光明媚，有小鳥叫聲，環境超美，很治癒，老闆自己有一個小院子，種了很多植物。我也想擁有小別墅小院子種花種草，屬實非常羨慕了。

房間整潔，性價比很高，附近都是茶山茶村、還有靈山風景區，環境幽靜，空氣也好。尤其可以品到手工製作的龍井綠茶和九曲紅梅紅茶，絕！
