Orange Hotel (Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport)

Before checking in, I communicated with the hotel four times and repeatedly confirmed the arrival time. In the end, I had to wait for twenty minutes for pick-up in the cold wind. After the pick-up driver came over, he started waiting for another group of couples who had just gotten off the plane. They landed at 12:30, and the final check-in was already at 2 o'clock. The facilities are not well maintained. Sound insulation is acceptable. The air conditioner was broken and the hot air was turned on all night and it was still 21 degrees. The hygiene was obviously not carefully cleaned, and the door was not cleaned. It's hard to believe this is the Orange Hotel...

Facilities: towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hot water, strong and very good. The bed is soft and comfortable. 5. The staff can't speak English but try to translate and help you very well. 6. The room is large, convenient, and clean. 7. The staff try to provide good service and have breakfast in a bag for you to eat because you leave the hotel early.

The bedding in the hotel is very comfortable, and the toothpaste and bath are all scented with sweet orange. I already love it. The airport pick-up and drop-off was great. There were many of us, so we booked a big car, which solved the pick-up and drop-off problem. We also provided a late check-out. The little guy and girl at the front desk were also very nice. Breakfast is also delicious, I will choose orange next time

Very clean, great value for money. Gold members upgraded to a window room. Breakfast is not very varied, but clean and delicious. I will consider staying here next time I come to Hangzhou on a business trip
