The facilities in the room are old, especially the toilet needs to be remodeled. The waiters are very good and solve problems in time. I feel very comfortable. The hotel is very cost-effective and the breakfast is good.

Beautiful and antique lobby. One night I felt uncomfortable in the throat. When the front desk lady Wang Xiao found out, she immediately bought cough syrup and sent it to the room. The hotel service is very good. I will stay here again next time. I am satisfied.

I stayed at Shuxiangshijia when traveling in Hangzhou. I was very satisfied. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the front desk staff was enthusiastic to check in and quickly helped me with my luggage. The room was super spacious, bright and exquisitely decorated. The bedding was soft and comfortable. Lying on it was like being surrounded by clouds. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas. The toiletries were of very good quality. The breakfast was very rich. Xiao Zhang also packed it for us and sent it to the room, which was convenient for us to go out and play in the morning. The location was excellent. The surrounding attractions and food festivals were within walking distance. The service was picky and responsive. The incense was rich. I give this stay a full score. I will choose this place next time I come. I recommend it to everyone.

I stayed at Shuxiangshijia Hotel in Suzhou a few years ago. I remember that I booked two nights when I saw this hotel on Ctrip. The location of the hotel is OK, and it is convenient for dining and booking cars for travel, but it is far from the subway station. Of course, the subway in Hangzhou is not convenient due to geographical restrictions. The king-size bed room is larger, and the twin-bed room is smaller. It faces south and is close to the Desheng Road elevated road, and the noise is not small. When I stayed later, I moved to the north side, which was quieter later. The waiter was very friendly, and the guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The disadvantage is that the bathroom and shower room in the standard room are too small, and it is almost impossible to turn around. In fact, the two chairs and one coffee table in the standard room are redundant, because the room area is too small, and guests will not meet in the room. Even if they want to meet, there is no room for knees and they can't sit down. However, the hotel lobby is spacious enough, and there is more than enough space for meeting.

The service was very good. They called to inquire about the room arrangement before arriving at the hotel. After checking in, they also sent refreshments and gifts. The room was very clean and the incense feature was great. I will stay here again when I go on business trips to Hangzhou in the future.

There is a bus stop nearby, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The lady is very friendly and can help you in time if you need anything. Love it.
