North China Hotel (West Lake)

The courtyard is full of towering ancient trees, birds singing and flowers blooming, and the environment is pleasant. It is quiet and comfortable to live in, with fresh air. You can also go to the observation deck on the fifth floor to overlook the beautiful scenery of West Lake. The service staff here are very enthusiastic, especially Huang Lei (worker number 050). According to our request, we were adjusted to the East Building for accommodation. Considering that the elderly may not sleep well, we took the initiative to arrange a relatively quiet room nearby. The cleaner Xiao Liu greeted us every time he saw us. After cleaning the room, he also left a message to remind us of the precautions. It is a hotel with a high cost performance in the West Lake Scenic Area. I will come again next time.

Excellent location: The hotel is located at No. 18, Qixialing, Beishan Road, and is within walking distance of West Lake, Yue Temple, and Quyuan Fenghe. You can see the lake and mountains by opening the window, and it is also very convenient for night boating. Meticulous service: Huang Lei (work number 050) at the front desk took the initiative to contact to upgrade the room type, gave free breakfast, and thoughtfully coordinated the tour guide to arrange the tour route. The most touching thing was that it was very late on the day of check-in, and she was still waiting for us to arrive at the hotel to assist in the check-in procedures; the room attendant Wang Xiuxia cleaned the room every day, and responded to the needs of the guests in detail. Environment and facilities: The Chinese courtyard with red walls and green tiles is shaded by trees, the guest room has a wide view, and the room type is equipped with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The beautiful scenery of West Lake is unobstructed, just like living in a painting.

The service was very considerate and friendly, and the room was clean. The setting was very comfortable, just renovated, the facilities were very new, very convenient, and a very good accommodation experience. Our resident was the general manager Ms. Huang Lei, who provided thoughtful service and personally and patiently guided us on how to log in to Ctrip.com, which could save us accommodation fees, and also carefully told us how to use the facilities.
