Room is big but super cold!! We turned on the heater the whole night but the room hardly warmed up 🥶 Furnishings are old - wallpaper is peeling, towels are worn out. The TV remote is dusty!! Looks like no one has used or cleaned it for a long time.

We booked this hotel because it is one metro station away from the airport. Because our flight is quite late and we are concerned by the time we leave the airport, there won't be any more train to the city. This hotel is a good choice for people arriving late or planning to stay near the airport before catching an early flight out.

Simple hotel, but for last minute waiting for flight, I prefer this hotel over luxury hotel. 2km from the airport, transportation service, perfect and care service, reasonable facility. Goog people, very good people. I'll come again, for sure. Not for the price (the best deal ever), for the good people and service

The hotel provides free airport pick-up. Please note that after midnight, you have to go to Terminal T4 to take a bus. The driver was very good. The service at the hotel front desk was not very good, maybe because of the boys. There was no verbal communication when returning the room card when checking out. I personally think that the front desk is an important part of the hotel. The room is spacious and well-equipped. Disposable slippers are easy to fall when there is water in the bathroom, so be extra careful.
