The customer service patiently answered my questions and told us the location of the hotel and the hotel facilities and equipment very carefully. Speaking of facilities and equipment, their restaurant really surprised me. Not only is the breakfast rich, but there is also afternoon tea and supper in the evening. It's great! Early in the morning, I was awakened by a scream from my friend in a dream. She was on her period. I immediately contacted the hotel front desk. The front desk was very kind and sent us sanitary products. She also made warm red date tea for my friend. It was very thoughtful. I had a good experience during my stay in the hotel. It was a very warm hotel. The trip was coming to an end, and we got up and prepared to pack our bags to go home. Suddenly, I remembered that I had not bought the cake I promised to bring to my friend. I wanted to order takeout, but the estimated delivery time was too late, and we were too late. I contacted the hotel staff to see if there was any solution. The hotel learned about our needs and arranged for the staff to help buy it. I was really grateful. In my recent hotel stay experience, I deeply felt the quality of this hotel's service. The room was clean and comfortable, with complete facilities, especially the comfort of the bed, which made me sleep well all night. The kids loved the late night bowl of noodles. The service was good. They also upgraded the room for free. The bedding, hygiene and breakfast were also very good. I will stay here again next time.
