Room was clean, checking in was very convenient especially for us foreigners only 2 minutes checking in. Very friendly staff and location is convenient to shops and food stalls. Loved my stay I wish I had stayed longer .

The room was clean and tidy.
Facilities need to be improved. The floor drain of the first room was overflowing and the security door chain could not be locked. Sound insulation is not good.

Very bad. The check-out time shown on Ctrip is three o'clock. I contacted us at one o'clock to check out. I contacted Ctrip customer service to tell me that I had contacted the hotel and checked out at three o'clock.
So I went back to the hotel and informed the front desk as soon as possible. The front desk still said that we were overtime. They verified that they had made a mistake. I contacted and extended our stay for another hour and a half to 4:30 and paid in advance. We were told that we needed to rest.
