Hotel is located in a decent location. Service was amicable, but the staff spoke very minimal English.
Breakfast was ok, but we always had to ask for extra cutlery. Overall, quite a pleasant experience.

Overall the Hotel was good . The carpet in the room looked terrible. The central AC is taped closed (not working anymore) but they have a new normal AC installed . Could do a better job of concealing broken AC. Food for breakfast was very nice . Staff was friendly and helpful. View from room very nice but balcony outside window is dreadfull. cannot be reached .

I usually feel too lazy to write a review, but because the takeaway shop I ordered today didn’t put any chopsticks, I called the front desk to ask if they had any. The lady at the front desk said she would go to the breakfast room to get two pairs, and they quickly brought them to me via a robot. It was very nice. Great service, I have to give it a thumbs up. We came to Linping to visit my girlfriends and happened to see this Vienna Hotel nearby. We read the reviews and all said it was good. We were not disappointed. The front desk was very enthusiastic. The first check-in was very slow. I waited for ten minutes. I don't know if the front desk was not familiar with the business. The second room facilities were a bit old. It didn't matter before.
