Intercontinental Hangzhou Liangzhu

There were only two days of free time during the Spring Festival, so I decided to visit the museum and the National Library of China during the Spring Festival. This is the newest hotel nearby. It takes about ten minutes to drive to several museums and the ruins park. After walking all day, it was already evening when we arrived at the hotel. Lenvy, the front desk manager, was very enthusiastic. Seeing that we were with two children, she helped us upgrade to a suite. The room facilities were very convenient, and the amenities were byredo. I love this lotion, which is refreshing and not sticky. I really like it. In the evening, they sent fruits and Liangzhu specialty pastries. This cheesecake in the shape of a jade cong was delicious. Don't ask me what other snacks were, because I didn't get them, and they were all divided up by the children when I was taking a bath. There were many people at breakfast, so a larger area was temporarily opened, but the hotel service was very good, and the plates were collected very promptly. I saw the reviews of this waffle shop before, and today I found that the fried dough sticks are also worth recommending, and there are many coffee machines, which is more thoughtful than many hotels. There are coffee and snack coupons in the Ctrip package, and there are many flavors of cakes. I picked a few of my favorites to pack before leaving. The whole hotel has many Liangzhu elements, from the jade cong-shaped welcome snacks to the paper placemats and canvas bags in the restaurant, which are quite unique. I will stay here again next time I visit.

1) Manager Chen provided professional and thoughtful service. He not only called in advance to communicate the check-in requirements, which greatly saved the check-in processing time, but also assisted in entering the license plate number, which facilitated multiple in and out of the parking garage during the stay. We arranged a room on the 9th floor facing the Ferris wheel. After the Ferris wheel was lit at night, the floor-to-ceiling window view of the room was superb. During the stay, we continued to follow up on various needs and provided meticulous service! 2) When I returned to the room to rest at night, I happened to meet Aunt Li who provided night bed service. She took the initiative to greet me and provided enthusiastic service. 3) The floor manager for breakfast took the initiative to ask about the dining experience and had a full score for service awareness. 4) Miss Wang Shuang, who checked out, had a sweet smile and high affinity.

The hotel is very new and not far from the Liangzhu Museum. The welcome gifts and room decorations in the guest rooms all have Liangzhu elements, and there is also a Liangzhu small cloth bag which is also very cute. The front desk service guy Liu Xing is very nice, working and enthusiastic
