We really liked the service there. The front desk was really helpful when we couldn't find the hotel. They shared their WeChat and were also quick to reply every time I asked something. The room was really large with a nice view. The beds were comfortable. However the room didn't have enough place for clothes. Besides, although the rooms are non-smoking, we could constantly smell the smoke from one of the neighboring rooms.
The location of the hotel is not bad, about 10-12 minutes walk from the closest metro station. Its not a walking distance from the West lake, but not very far as well. There is no sign or the name of the building. When you arrive there, find the door with "A" in it, once you enter, you will see the hotel lobby.
Overall, we liked the hotel, it was really cost effective.

Was not expecting a small room that is not conformed to the photos provided by the hotel. The cleanliness is also not really up to standard.

Clean and well located hotel. The room is just big enough and didn't feel cramped. Reception don't speak English, which is to be expected but something for foreign travellers to be aware of.

Counter staff very accomdating. Easy to find food. Big supermarket opposite the road. Many buses to west lake. Nice room.

It's the last night before leaving Hangzhou, so I chose a hotel that allows for a late check-out. I saw that their price-performance ratio seems to be quite high, and it's not bad after trying it. I chose a slightly better room type. The room is just right, but there is no plug on the desk, which is inconvenient. The bathroom is separated on the left and right, which is convenient to use.
The hotel is on the 22nd floor, so it is inconvenient to share the elevator. Even at night, many people still use it, but fortunately it is only shared by a few floors.
