It also provides various drinks, fruits, and snacks for free. There is also a shuttle bus between the lobby and the guest rooms, which is very convenient. I tried the hotel's coffee bar, Chinese restaurant, and buffet restaurant, which were all quite good and the service was very enthusiastic. The hotel also provides travel photography services, which are so photogenic that I couldn't help but buy another package. It is also very convenient to go to Xianghu Scenic Area from the hotel. You can just turn right when you go out and it will take more than 2 hours to go around the lake embankment. Anyway, the hotel's geographical location, environment, service, and catering are all good and worth recommending.

This is my second time to Xianghu Xiaoyao Manor. This time I stayed in Xiangyuan Hot Spring Villa. It was a real surprise when I opened the door~ The living room, bathroom, bedroom, yard, terrace, hot spring... everything is huge! The entire Xiaoyao Manor's architectural decoration and garden are very tasteful, the room hygiene is also very good, the butler service is also very considerate and responsive, and the pepper chicken in Shuiyang Chinese Restaurant did not disappoint the children. 💯

The hotel is in a very good location, located in Xianghu Scenic Area, not far from the city. It is a hotel in the scenic area and the scenic area in the hotel. The hotel is well-equipped and modern, the rooms are elegantly decorated, the curtains and lights in the room are controlled by one button, the toilet is also smart, there is an open kitchen in the room, and the facilities are complete, including refrigerators, range hoods, induction cookers, ovens, disinfection cabinets, etc., and they are all Bosch brands. The semi-outdoor large soaking pool attached to the room has a 24-hour constant temperature water, which is hot enough. The staff is friendly and professional. The housekeeper Xiao Pan contacted by phone the day before check-in to understand the guests' needs and arrival time, help make reservations for some activities, heat the soaking pool water in advance, etc. Both the front desk reception and room service are satisfactory. There is also an unlimited supply of various drinks, snacks and fruits. The shuttle bus from the room to the main building is available on call. The overall hygiene of the hotel is very good, and both the room and the public area are very clean and tidy. This accommodation experience is very satisfactory.

The room is very big and spacious, the amenities are from rituals and smell good, the hair dryer is from Dyson, the whole kitchen is equipped with Bosch, the private bath is very big and constant temperature, very suitable for the whole family to bathe together, the breakfast is rich, and the afternoon tea is also freshly made. Overall, it is a very satisfactory experience. It is very good to come now in spring, the manor is full of greenery, the plum blossoms are in bloom, and you don't have to squeeze with tourists.

Went there for my wedding anniversary and bought a package at a very affordable price. It was my second stay, so the hotel arranged a room in the same location as the first time, which was far from the front desk. I don't know if it was because of the special room. Toiletries were given at the front desk when checking in, six bottles of water, free mini bar, and snacks and drinks at the front desk. As for the service, it was OK, there was a butler, a small decoration, and a surprise cake. Thank you for the hotel's arrangement. Except for the cold attitude of some waiters in the restaurant, everything else was pretty good.

It was my partner's birthday. The hotel helped us upgrade the room and sent us a cake. Every staff member I met was very friendly, and the housekeeper was also very nice. The villa area is quieter than the main building, with a lot of green plants and high privacy. Every time I go there, I feel full of energy. It is suitable for vacation and rest. I will bring my parents to stay next time
