We love this hotel. The location is excellent to experience Hanzhou’s character. The management and staff were helpful and very friendly. Our room was nice and clean. It was cleaned well every day. And the price is very low for such high quality lodging. We highly recommend this hotel. 徐冰 was very helpful in ding my lost tea bags!!!

The location is prime which is near the tourist spot of Hefang Street. The staff at the reception desk are very friendly and are always ready to address your needs. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely great because of the location. It is inside the walls of the old centre! Room is great, we had a view of the old street

Very good location and inside a tourist spot. Value for money but don’t expect too much with this price for amenities etc. front desk staff is helpful and friendly

Very nicely located. But not clean, small window facing a wall, bearly no phone connection. Breakfast wasn't amazing (no taste)
