A particularly perfect house, from intimate floor heating to fully equipped kitchen facilities, plus a 75-inch TV, it is a good place to go out with friends on weekends!

This is the second time I live in this hotel, it's very good. Not far from the hot springs, you can walk there, convenient. clean and quiet. Good environment. Good service.

We stay here every time we are in Hanmer and it is an amazing place. The apartments are luxurious, beds incredibly comfortable, rooms very clean every time, never any issues from any of the times we have stayed here. Staff are so friendly and very helpful. You can borrow towels for the hot pools as well. Kitchen is very well stocked and the laundry facilities are great - means you can keep up to date with the washing while you are away, saving you a ton of washing when you get back home. An added bonus is the heating - heatpump plus gas fire means you are so warm during winter, air conditioning in the heat of the summer. We can't wait for our next visit.

We had a wonderful time, these units are so worth staying in, from the little touches like the excellent fudge left for us. To the lovely gas fire. They are spacious and well stocked, with a nice outlook. The couple whose units they are , are super helpful and kind. The price they gave us was super competitive. All in all it was a great experience. As we really wanted a restful time we chose not to have a service each day, no problem we were left alone to relax. (We even got some extra fudge) so kind.

We booked a two bedroom apartment - had a wonderful stay, plenty of space, very well appointed, had everything you needed, and more! Towels for the pools. Comfy beds. Warm and cosy. Great location. Couldn’t fault anything! Would stay again. Thank you!

After numerous stays at this establishment, our stay this time did not meet our expectations. Firstly we had to request the white robes which are normally in the apartments, then we found that the fridge was not turned on and when we managed to do so it continually beeped loudly. The manager attempted to fix the problem however was not able to do so, nor was the tradesman that came the next day. We were offered a chilly bin with a bag of ice!! We would think twice before re-booking.

Loved every aspect of this property. Location is great with spectacular views. Walking distance to all that we needed in Hanmer. The apartment was beautiful, well appointed, warm and comfortable. Staying here was a real treat. The hosts were helpful and lovely to deal with. Would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend.

I have stayed here a few times and it always impresses. Unlike many of the places I re-visited in New Zealand, they haven't increased their prices exorbitantly. Clean and comfortable, with great facilities and accessories. I will be back.
