First thank you to the owners for taking our reservation so early on -we book a year in advance (or more in this case). This was our 4th stay here. We enjoy the space and the location to the town centre and the hot pools. Comfortable, clean and a great outdoor space. My husband wants to thank you for selection of tv channels so he was once again able to watch NFL games.

We used The Chalets Motel as a base while we enjoyed the thermal spa. I’d say ‘motel’ is a misnomer. These are wonderful private cabins, indeed chalets. We had a comfortable bedroom,a bathroom of good size, a large sitting area with TV, and a good sized pretty well appointed kitchen. There are also chairs outside to enjoy the beautiful wooded setting. We really enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of Hamner Springs town center, just a short drive away. After being on the road for a few weeks, we enjoyed making a home cooked meal. Wonderful experience.

We stayed a couple of night in the Chalets Motel. It was very pleasant experience. The room is tidy, kitchen is fully equipped, very comfortable beds. As a family with three kids we found this place as a home away from home. The onewrs are very kind and welcoming. Big thanks to Andrew and Vera for accommodating us on a very short notice and making our trip less stressful. We had great experience and definitely be back. Alexander and Margarita

Really enjoyed this chalet, it had everything I needed plus the bonus of a spa bath and while it was close to town, it was also nice and quiet. Easy to get to and very comfortable. It has everything you need it you want to cook for yourself and you're not far from restaurants if you want someone else to do the cooking. Hosts were also very friendly.

Such a lovely quiet place to stay. Host was absolutely lovely. The chalets have everything you need in them and were cost and warm. Short walk to the pools too. Definitely worth a stay on your next trip to Hanmer springs. We've been to Hanmer springs many times over the last year and stayed in many places. This was by far our favourite

Warm, clean and friendly. This motel is worth seeking out, as it is located off of the main street; but within easy walking distance to the pools. We were provided with a daily newspaper. Nothing was too much trouble for our wonderful hosts. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon.

A wonderfully cosy, super clean little chalet in the heart of Hanmer Springs and within easy walking distance of the hot pools. Great comfortable beds and very friendly managers. We keep coming back every year. And hopefully nothing will change!

A lovely peaceful environment with well spaced individual wood cabin style units. Very clean and well appointed, we enjoyed our two night stopover. A recommended place to stay. We would gladly visit there again. During our stay the electric power supply failed for around 12 hours during daylight hours and the proprietor was very helpful in supplying alternative hot water to make tea and coffee.
