This hotel offers good value for money. The room was clean and reasonably sized. Breakfast was no big deal, though. The hotel bar is really great and well visited in the evening. Also from people who are not staying in the hotel. Parking is NOT at the hotel but a public basement nearby.

How this basic grimy hotel ever got three starts is beyond me The service was absolutely terrible, the service is not evident and the room was filthy with hairs in the sink, on the pillow and dirty sheets If you don’t book direct with the hotel you get the worst rooms. The rooms are noisy, stink of smoke or something worse. Spending €85 euros on this dump was the worst decision I’ve ever made

Przyjechałam do hotelu o godzinie 23 po czym dowiedziałam się, że nie skorzystam z zarezerwowanego wcześniej pokoju ponieważ nie mam paszportu covidowego. Mało tego, hotel pobrał z mojego konta opłatę za pokój, mimo że nie zostałam wpuszczona do pokoju i z niego nie skorzystałam. Z recepcji udałam się do wyjścia i musiałam kontynuować 23 godzinną podróż. Największym chamstwem ze strony hotelu okazało się to, że przy próbie odzyskania moich pieniędzy (mailowa prośba o zwrot gotówki ze względu na to że hotel zabrał moje pieniądze mimo, że nie skorzystałam z ich usług), skłamali, napisali że rzekomo nie dojechałam do ich hotelu ( pomimo że byłam w środku, podałam dane, po czym kazano mi opuścić hotel ze względu na brak paszportu covidowego. Nigdy nie spotkałam się z takim chamstwem i bezczelnością. Jak można tak kłamać?!!!!
