Serviced apartment in an area quite far from the old quarter. Very good value for money if you need some peace and quiet and some space. Well serviced secure and great for families. Pool area looks good too but we didn’t use it as it was too cold.

The room was spacious enough, had a window, and was bright, with no noise or insects, and although it was reasonably priced, I was glad I was able to spend my time there without any trouble! The water pressure in the shower and the wind pressure in the hair dryer were strong! However, the cleaning was not done properly in some places, the air conditioner was covered with tissue paper (although it was still operational), the indirect lighting was broken, the amenity case seemed to have been left unattended, and one of the pillowcases had not been washed. I felt like it wasn't done... There was also no soundproofing, so I was concerned about the noise of other guests' activities and the baby's cries at night. However, the basic facilities were good and I didn't feel any inconvenience, so I can highly recommend this hotel to travelers who want to keep their stay within this price range!

On a business trip to Hanoi, since I arrived two days in advance, I set up a budget hotel in the urban area with my colleagues. It is a bit like a domestic home, Jinjiang Star. But the service is definitely better than domestic. After taking a taxi to the hotel, the service staff will come out to help you move your luggage to the second floor. Their lobby is actually on the second floor, and then check in. It is slightly different from the room type determined by Ctrip, but it was quickly resolved and provided the surrounding area. Maps and notes (Figure 6 Figure 7), the little brother in service is also good in English. The room is very small, with a small window, the details are very clean, and the infrastructure is available. Although it is next to the elevator, the sound insulation is OK. Although the breakfast is not many, the basics are also available. Service The staff is very kind. Stayed for two days, and finally called us a car when I left. It is so considerate. If you come to Hanoi to play, I would recommend this one. Praise ~

I stayed for 3 nights. Perhaps because of the good reviews and high expectations, I felt that the hotel was quite different from what I had imagined at first. I booked a premium room. It was on the 5th floor, but there was no view. I paid the upcharge to get to a higher floor. The shower room leaked badly from the gap and water flowed into the toilet. Enough of the unfortunate story. You can get to the hotel by bus number 86 from the airport. There are tourist attractions and historical sites within walking distance of the hotel. There is a lot of traffic, so it may be a good idea to use a ride-hailing app, but it's only for the initial ride. The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. The menu is different every time, and I've tried a lot of pho (noodles) in the past, but the one I had on the last day was excellent. The staff are also wonderful. Thank you.

The room was super nice and spacious and we loved it when we got there. Later in the evening we found many cockroaches in our bathroom and that was scary (for us. )The hotel staff was very nice, they came to help us and they even changed our room. The breakfast was very good, the swimming pool on the rooftop was ok, it felt a little bit cold that day we were there though! The location is also good , since it is inside the old quarter, many shops and coffee shops nearby.

The room and facilities were clean and very easy to use. Because it is located a little back from the main road, there was no noise and it was very quiet. Each room has its own Wi-Fi SSID, but if you don't use Wi-Fi for a while, you may not be able to find the SSID for your room. (It will become usable again after a while.) I found this a little difficult to use, but other than that it was great. It was also close to the Japanese town and Lotte Mart, so it was easy to get around.

Hotel is in a very good location. Close to heaps of nice restaurants and short rides to tourist attraction. Breakfast was not too varied but decent to start the day. However, the staff’s professionalism was not as expected and seems like they can benefit more from extra training to handle guests’ requests better. A great set back,which is a pity.
