Not recommend for family trip, it is suitable for backpackers or travelers who spending more time on the street instead of staying in. The room is super small (15m2) for 2 people, not too clean and the facilities are quite old. The only plus point is the location is next to Sword Lake with a lot of foods and restaurants around. Otherwise, I still can find better alternatives options around this area so… the experience is pretty uncomfortable. P/s: after complaining about the room, they upgraded me a bigger one. It’s ok but still not too clean. Also I feel someone was touching my personal stuffs in my luggage but I have no evidences to prove… Hence you need to be careful with your belongings when staying here

Everything was adequate. Happy with the room and good service. No real complaints except the breakfast says it comes with eggs, bacon and sausage. The plate just had eggs on it but was nice.

The location is very good. Downstairs is Hanoi Thirty Six Pedestrian Street. Hoan Kiem Lake - Thirty Six Pedestrian Street - Bar Street - Train Alley - Hanoi St. Joseph's Cathedral - Hanoi Presidential Palace are all within a few minutes' walk. Vietnamese spring rolls. Beef mixed with rice noodles. Vietnamese coffee. Hanoi roast duck and Vietnamese shrimp. Super convenient and delicious. Friendly hotel service

Affordable, safe quiet place, helpful and polite staff. Breakfast included. Hotel beside other hotels. Adjacent to the big old church and walking distance to lotus water puppet area , solo pagoda and ho hoan kiem lake and UNIQLO shop. . Many food area nearby. Good place to stay. Recommended.

the hotel is very good located in the old town, very easy to get around. staf are nice and helpful and it is a clean place. However be careful by booking a room!!! because on trip.com when you book a room, there will be no information on the windows. It would be fair if this hotel like other hotels indicate if the rooms have windows or not. I hope trip. Com will follow up on this to avoid any misinformation.
