Hanoi Capital Premium Hotel

It’s a fine small hotel in a very convenient area. If you’ve ever stayed around the lake in Hanoi, then you’ll know 90% of these hotels are the same. They’re all quite small. The streets around here can get a little noisy during the day. But this particular street this hotel is on isn’t particularly worse. But the cathedral does ring bells once in a while that can be heard. Lots of small cafes and cocktails on the same street but not too rowdy. Room is quite spacious. It does the job when you just need some where clean and comfy to sleep in when you’re out and about each day. Bed is quite comfy. Pillows are excellent, with great support. Don’t know why so many hotels get pillows wrong. Good value hotel.

I had such a great experience that I stayed here three times during my last trip! The warm welcome and kindness of the staff, especially Thuy at reception and the manager Tu, made all the difference. They were incredibly helpful with transport arrangements and always available when needed. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet little street near the cathedral, offering both convenience and peace. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is unbeatable - right next to St. Joseph’s Cathedral and within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, shops, and the lake. The staff, especially Ms. Thuy, was incredibly helpful in arranging our transport to Ninh Binh and the airport at a fair price. We stayed for two nights and would love to return. Highly recommended !

We booked 1 tour to go to Ha Giang (3 days 2 nights) when I stayed at Hanoi Capital Premium Hotel. I must say that the trip was truly wonderful. The manager and receptionist in here helped me very enthusiastically with every question I had. And I chose Ha Giang for this trip. It's a wonderfully beautiful land. 3 days - 2 nights is not enough for me to explore everything, but I find it very worthy and not a bad experience. Must tryyyyy!!! Next time I come here I will stay at this hotel and try other trips.

The rooms are clean, modern, and elegantly designed, making it my go-to place whenever I visit Hanoi - looking forward to stay #4! The location is perfect, offering a cozy neighborhood vibe while still being close to Hanoi's main attractions. The service is quick, and the staff are approachable, courteous, and always ready to help with recommendations for food and shopping. A truly wonderful experience every time !
