we like everything. the convenient location, there are a lot of restaurants nearby. the apartment is good. not far from the lake. you can walk around.

Cute little place, near lots of cool little restaurants, cafes and bars and right by West Lake. Friendly staff and easy to rent motorbikes from the hotel.

Great place by west lake, located near to many restaurants, new towels were given every few days, bathroom has all the accessories. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans etc, just could do with some more cutlery. Washing machine was such an asset for a longer stay, washing powder also included.

The location is convenient and the environment is clean and hygienic. If you stay continuously, the room will be cleaned regularly for you. Check-in and check-out are all self-service. It is a very convenient hotel.

Unfortunately the cutlery wasn't completely clean. There were leftovers. The dining table was extremely wobbly. The beters were good. The water temperature was not constant, especially when showering in the morning it was problematic to have hot water. The location is suboptimal as you need a taxi to all the sights. But it is quiet. When you arrive in the evening you have to request the access code for the doors via WhatsApp as there is no one at the reception. But everything is doable and not very complicated.
