Hotel is located in the middle of the old quarters, very convenient location, close to many attractions. The staff is very friendly, breakfast is limited but good. However, the room was dirty. The walls have never been cleaned, there were some stains on my bed. The worst part were the towels. They were very dirty. The next day, instead of 2 dirty towels, I've got one with hair on it

The room was cold and there was no hot running water.
The heating system in the room didn’t work properly. I had to ask each time when I come returned to my hotel for help to get the heater to work.

The handsome guy at the front desk speaks Chinese, English and Vietnamese fluently and is very enthusiastic. This section is located in the center of the old street.
