The apartment was lovely, and the flexible check-in made everything so convenient. We booked at the last minute and arrived in the middle of the night, but the host went above and beyond to arrange an airport pick-up for us. Super helpful and responsive!

I rented a cozy flat for a weekend escape and it exceeded my expectations. The location was spot on—just a short walk to the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake, with plenty of delicious street food options right around the corner. The flat looked exactly like the photos—spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. But the real highlight was the view: absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the city from above. However, water pressure is a bit weak. Apart from that, things went ok overall.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location was perfect—close enough to walk to everything. The café downstairs was a real gem, and having a small supermarket just a short walk away made it super convenient for picking up essentials like water and snacks. The apartment matched the listing perfectly—bright, spacious, and exactly what I needed. I especially appreciated having a washer and dryer in the laundry room downstairs, which made my stay even more comfortable. Staff were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Это был самый ужасный отель за всё время пребывания во Вьетнаме за все несколько поездок,что мы здесь были.Персонал не заинтересован в вашем комфорте.На сайте указано супер люкс 60 квадратных метров, по факту две разные комнаты, ещё и не рядом друг с другом.Чая, кофе нет, полотенца всего два больших, для рук и ног нет полотенец. Поселили в номер с видом на стройку и слышимостью такой, что строительство идёт у вас в номере, причём, зная о строительстве, не предупредили. Работы ведутся до поздна, как сказал сам персонал до часу ночи...Спать невозможно, только закрыл глаза, шум и мерцание света из-за сварки. Сам отель написал, что у них комфортно всё на наши претензии,плевать они хотели, что нам с детьми пришлось пить таблетки от головной боли из-за некомфортного пребывания.Утром встали,ну ка встали, стройка разбудила и пошли искать другой отель.Спасибо службе Трип кома, которая помогла не потерять нам деньги. В итоге, переехали. Крайне не рекомендую.

後面在施工，非常吵，晚上無法正常入睡。工作人員無法更換房間，估計是每個房間都一樣吵。沒有每日打掃，即使你住了3天，一樣沒有提供打掃服務，需要打掃要另外支付費用，不合理。但是有提供免費的洗衣服務、更換毛巾，這個很好。在咖啡廳二樓，位子比較隱蔽，但是房間空間足夠大。晚上周邊沒有吃的，需要開車

這是一家咖啡廳樓上的公寓，我們早上7點到咖啡廳對接了服務員，一直等到下午14：45公寓對接人才加我微信。然後告知房間有電路問題，不能入住。需要幫我們安排到他們分店的公寓入住。分店的公寓離老城區有30分鐘的車程，以致我們耗費了不必要的時間和乘車費用。最差勁的是公寓旁邊在建房子，噪音從早上響到晚上。
