The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and a spa service in the basement, and it located in the heart of the Old Quarter, just 2mins walk to Hoan Kiem lake, which is very convenient.
The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the restaurant staff are friendly and take great care of guests.
The room is quite good and clean. Might come back again.

Booked this property last minute due to my original accommodation has awful and it was the best decision we made. The hotel was amazing from the food to the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It was in a perfect location with a short walk to the markets, amazing restaurants and local coffee shops. The staff were so polite and kind and even gave us a little gift on leaving. They stood outside waving us off it was the best of Vietnam hospitality. Thank you again for making our honeymoon so memorable.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent for a visit to Hanoi. Our room was very comfortable especially Jacky looking after us everything what we need breakfast was quite nice; and the team was truly welcoming. (If you stay during a weekend, make a point to take the short walk to Hoak Kiem Lake Walking Street. The street is closed to traffic and many local families visit the area. We enjoyed our time here twice on our visit.

From the moment we confirmed our booking, the hospitality began. I received a personal WhatsApp message from Ms. Anna, who kindly helped arrange airport pickup and warmly welcomed us with tea and cold towels—a thoughtful touch after a long journey. The location was ideal, and it was cozy and quiet despite being in a central area.
We initially booked through Trip.com and ended up extending our stay by two extra nights. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations—plentiful and delicious. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bottled water provided, which made returning each evening feel like coming home. The shower was especially nice—spacious with excellent water pressure.
The service stood out above all else. Mr. Jacky, Dong, Ms. Anna, Rose and An were incredibly kind and helpful, offering recommendations for local attractions and food (including the best Banh Mi in the Old Quarter). Their friendliness and warm smiles made our stay even more special.
A special thank you to Ms. Anna, who went above and beyond—helping us throughout our stay and even preparing a thoughtful parting gift: a box of Vietnamese coffee. It was such a sweet gesture that truly touched us.
Hanoi is a fantastic city, and if we ever return, we will absolutely book this hotel again. Highly recommended!
