The picture of the hotel on the web page is very deceptive. It is a dusty and smelly hotel in one of the lanes. Rooms are small. Toilets are not very clean .Breakfast was alright. Laundry is cheap. Reception is very un welcoming.The restaurant on the roof top has very limited menu, small servings and expensive for Vietnam. Hotel is completely devoid of staff at night.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. Clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The breakfast was fantastic, and overall, it made for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Excellent 3 night stay - staff was helpful without being pushy. Rooftop bar was a safe haven as we were in the area during the recent typhoon. Breakfast buffet was the same each day, but so many choices that every meal was different. Perfect area to explore. The Grab app is a must - best way to travel around town.

This is a very good hotel, well located, very comfortable with a very good staff. My room, on the 7th floor overlooking the street and school opposite, had all the amenities we needed for the beginning and end of a northern mountains holiday. Air conditioning worked well, refrigerator had the space to keep drinks and water cold. Bathroom provided everything needed and the spacious twin room was made up daily. In terms of location this hotel suited anyone who wanted to walk in the older parts of Hanoi. About 15 minute walk in one direction is the beautiful West lake (Hoan Kim lake) with markets about half that distance. In the opposite direction about the same 15 minute walk is the Truc Bach lake. Our guide even walked our group to Train Street from here. Across the street from the hotel about 30 metres away are 2 convenience stores where Bahn mi and cold beers / nibbles etc can be purchased. Rooftop bar in the hotel provided great views and some meals. Drinks are at Sydney city prices as are the western meals. Nearby (5 or 6 doors away) is the superb Vi Hà Nội restaurant with superb Vietnamese food and service. The buffet breakfast in this hotel is substantial with a great omelette / eggs chef. Thoroughly recommended.

This place was not a hotel for me, it was my home for one week in Hanoi and I enjoyed every minute of my stay here, bed was comfy, AC worked great, views of the city were stunning, staff was friendly (He Ro was very helpful) and breakfast was delicious

Super comfortable bed and pillows! Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick check-in. The location is the best, with easy access to everything, many good restaurants near by and quiet at night. I will definitely stay here again and longer next time I'm in Hanoi.

Good basic hotel to spend 2 nights during our stay in Hanoi as part of our Vietnam trip. Large rooms with more then enough space, good airconditioning and enough amenities. If you have a room next to the elevator as we did, you will constantly hear the lift bell althrough the night. Location is good to explore the 36 streets and old quarter.

Very basic but clean hotel (no pool). I would recommend a full length mirror. Breakfast was good but there were mosquitos in the room despite me telling them to spray the room several times. The location was good and I loved that there is Circle K and KFC down the street. The view was very nice at the restaurant on the 11th floor but the food took a very a long time (1 hour). You can walk to the downtown area but the traffic is insane. Very hard to cross the streets! Very few traffic lights and way too many motor bikes. The hotel is fine if you want a budget stay.
