This was my second time here. There is a Lotte Hotel right across the street, and a Lotte Mart in the basement of the hotel, so it was a really convenient place to use. It is cheaper than nearby hotels, but the space is wider and more comfortable than a hotel room. There is a desk staff and a security key entrance on the first floor, so it is safe because not just anyone can come. However, you have to go down to the first floor to receive your ordered food or items. There is a restaurant area in the same building next door, so you don't have to go far. However, the price range is a little high (especially Japanese restaurants). I was satisfied with the price, cleanliness, and service. Based on my experience on business trips, If you don't need hotel breakfast, I recommend short-term rentals of apartments (not studios, but apartments) rather than hotels in Hanoi.

It's an apartment type, but those who make and eat food seem to be very happy. The person who manages the house is kind and nice. It's a residential-commercial complex, so you can shop on the 1st floor.
