This hotel is amazing!!! The location is great if you want somewhere further away from the noisy part of old quarter, they provide a shuttle bus to the touristy spots of old quarter too. The room we booked at the new tower was gorgeous and cozy, we will definitely book again!

One of the best hotel in Tay Ho west lake area, it’s conveniently located with plenty of restaurants and massage shops within walking distance. Hotel is modern, newly renovated, clean and equipped with a microwave and washer/dryer. Highly recommended.

Nice staying, good service, clean room, not noisy. There are markets and restaurants nearby.
Little bit far old town, but there is shutter bus of the hotel during the working days.

Fraser Suites Hanoi exceeded all of my expectations! The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with every facility you could need, from an iron and washing machine to a refrigerator. The lighting and overall ambiance were perfect, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable.
The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. While the location in Westlake is about a 10-15 minute drive from Old Quarter, traffic between the two areas is usually manageable. The slightly removed location actually added to the tranquility of our stay.
We were especially impressed with the Sky Rooftop Bar, which provides stunning panoramic views of the city—a definite highlight! Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the pool due to the cooler weather during our visit, but I’m sure it would be delightful in the summer months.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and are extremely grateful to the management and staff for their excellent service. If we return to Hanoi, Fraser Suites will undoubtedly be our top choice, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was spotless, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly.
The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything tidy, and the breakfast had a decent variety of options.
I would definitely consider staying here again, especially if the value and quality remain consistent.
