Pet friendly Hotels Hanoi

The location is great, but there were issues. Our friends travelling with us were locked out of the hotel when they tried to return late, and ended up having to go sleep at a different hotel as nobody could reach the guy on duty at the time. The lady working the counter was very apologetic and did give us a room for the second night free of charge (we were leaving at 10pm for our flight). Before leaving, we got trapped in the elevator. The limit is 6 people and we were 6. We were stuck in there for about 10 minutes and it felt like we were inconveniencing the guy working there by being stuck. It was extremely hot in the elevator as the elevator switched off and so did the A/C. There was also no signal in the elevator.The A/C in the room is also not great and takes long to cool down the room. This hotel is really great and convenient. The staff is very nice and the facilities are good (gym, sauna and pool). I totally recommend this place if you are looking for a good, peaceful place in Hanoi. The lake is not far and you have a lot of good restaurants around.

A fabulous stay. We booked an executive studio for 5 nights, and it certainly did not disappoint at all. It was fully equipped with everything that you needed. We had a smart tv,a washer dryer, and a fully fitted kitchen. The breakfast was plentiful and a wide selection. The breakfast was included in the price we paid. On the 4th floor there is a gym, sauna and steam room with a massive swimming pool. There is a Korean restaurant and a golf simulator. For children, there is a large soft play area. There are some local things to do within 100 metres of reception.

The room was spacious enough, had a window, and was bright, with no noise or insects, and although it was reasonably priced, I was glad I was able to spend my time there without any trouble! The water pressure in the shower and the wind pressure in the hair dryer were strong! However, the cleaning was not done properly in some places, the air conditioner was covered with tissue paper (although it was still operational), the indirect lighting was broken, the amenity case seemed to have been left unattended, and one of the pillowcases had not been washed. I felt like it wasn't done... There was also no soundproofing, so I was concerned about the noise of other guests' activities and the baby's cries at night. However, the basic facilities were good and I didn't feel any inconvenience, so I can highly recommend this hotel to travelers who want to keep their stay within this price range!

Very clean and quiet location. Great value for the money. Lots of space and privacy with easy check-in and out. Location is a bit tucked away but not bad for what you get. Definitely one of my go to choices each time in Hanoi.

A Coffee shop and a convenient store is nearby the hotel. Location of the hotel is easy to go any place in the city. Hotel room is big and clean. We need to have brwakfast at a restaurant 20 meters away from hotel, npt so many choices.

Friendly and you have to go to another hotel to eat breakfast Small size. It's antique. The price is more than I thought Stay on the second floor.

I enjoyed my stay here the team is really professional and help me move around . I would go back and recommend to friends and families.

Overall it's nice and clean, but the location of the hotel is a bit awkward, but it's not a problem to take Grab. A Grab trip to the airport costs 257k.

Spacious room with a huge bed. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was really good next to major attractions. Being outside of Old Quarter was good to avoid the crowds and noise. The rooms were quiet, with thick curtains helping a lot with the noise. Would recommend.
