前台玲玲微笑服務，態度好，最後也是她給我加微信開的發票，很認真工作的小姐姐。
酒店環境地理位置優越，吃飯購物都方便。
小機器人也很給力，送了好幾次外賣和毛巾啥的。
但提個小意見，我們用了好幾次，它就在門口安靜的等，有一次等太久直接走掉了。後來電話前台讓它又送了一次，前台説會打電話，結果又差點錯過，因為沒有電話。是我們在房間裏聽到外面有聲音才跑去開門的。能夠接通門鈴就更好了！
去年春節在含山還有訂不到房的時候了，今年新開了好幾個，都挺不錯的。給小縣城的發展點贊

酒店位置很好，旁邊就是超市，停車很方便，出行很便利。房間很大，很乾凈，洗澡熱水出得很快，床品很舒服，枕頭軟軟的，很喜歡洗髮水和沐浴露的味道，特別好聞。特別舒心。客房大姐態度特別的好，每次都會主動詢問要不要打掃房間，房間打掃的也特別的乾淨。早餐也是很豐盛，當地的特色早餐性價比特別高，牛肉麪老公喜歡吃，餛飩兒子更愛吃，前台服務很優秀，特別的有禮貌，會主動告知健身房和洗衣房的位置。特別好！

新開業的酒店，酒店周圍有體育館還有大潤發超市，有很大的停車場，停車很方便。房間設施齊全乾凈整潔，服務人員態度非常好特別是前台的小王每次進出都微笑服務，酒店早餐也不錯，點贊👍

酒店設施很垃圾連涼拖都沒有，特別吵，一點都不隔音吵的根本睡不着衞生打掃的也不乾淨第一次來也不會再來了真的太差

酒店環境非常好，非常滿意，各方面細節都非常好，房間乾淨整潔，採光通風都很好，早餐的品種很多，口味十分滿意。前台和客房的服務也非常到位，特別表揚前台的小姐姐，非常有禮貌並且非常專業，貼心的幫我們辦完一切手續，讓我們在一天的勞累後輕鬆入住。快遞和外賣都有機器人送上來，速度快。酒店價格實惠，旁邊就是天潤髮很方便，性價比直接拉滿，在含山找不到這麼滿意温暖的酒店，以後來含山一定會再次選擇這裏！大讚👍👍👍

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，環境很好前台小張服務好，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，房問智能控制，還幫免費延時退房，很不錯！
就是廁所的花灑龍頭還有門把手的位置設定的有點**
